My experience with Mr. Westbrook was that of excellence. Mr. Westbrook as well as his staff is very knowledge of the processes regarding the services they provide. I was very nervous and upset about having to make such a decision. I called on Mr. Westbrook’s assistant Jessica more than a few times to make inquiries about the process, she was very helpful and calming with her responses. I had to go through this very difficult process and Mr. Westbrook as well as his highly competent assistant Jessica helped to understand each step of the process which made me feel more at ease with the decision that I had to make. I only wish that I could get that level of service in every part of life that calls for major life changing decisions.
